Villa Valview is a private, family-owned, property that is situated 750 meters above sea level, high on a mountain above Motta Camastra; overlooking the famous valley of the Gole Dell'Alcantara. The Villa is nestled in 15,000 m2 of unspoiled land and offers guests breath-taking 360-degree salubrious views; not to mention the peace and tranquility conducive to absolute relaxation and rejuvenation.

The villa itself was built, brick by brick, by Carmelo Conti. As a young man, his dream was to own a house on top of a mountain where he could grow lots of vegetables and plant lots of trees. His biggest fear, in life, was that people would one day abandon all the beautiful land on this planet. So, he wanted a corner to nurture and care for; for future generations to enjoy. 

The villa itself consists of 320 m2, which means guests have plenty of indoor space to feel comfortable in. There are also large terraces all around the property, which make coffee at sunrise a must; as well as outdoor dining at sunset.

If necessary, more accommodation is available in the town of Motta Camastra. Villa Valview especially welcomes private retreats with their own course leaders as well as families wishing to enjoy a secluded holiday away from big hotels. The location of the property is ideal for small groups of walkers, painters, nature lovers, and those who generally want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
